Zieleman maintained an exclusive approach, opting not to sponsor teams or cyclists; instead, individuals would commission and purchase their own bikes directly from his shop. The 'Zieleman' brand was reserved for premium racing bicycles equipped with top-tier components, while other models bore the 'Spirit' label.
