RETURN POLICY

Online purchases

If you are not 100% satisfied with your bike, you can return it and get a full refund or exchange the bike for another one under the following conditions:

- The bike should be returned within 14 days after the date of delivery

- The bike has no signs of usage (for example on the tires, chain and or brake pads)

- The bike is not customized

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel your purchase within the cancellation period, you should return the goods to us within 14 days after the date of delivery and take reasonable care in doing so as detailed in the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Any bike you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Also, as according to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), personally customized items can not be returned.

All refunds will be issued to the same PayPal account, bank account or credit/debit card which were used to pay for that order.

In-shop purchases

In-shop purchases of bikes and or parts can only be exchanged (under the same conditions as online purchases). This will be done in the form of a voucher for our shop. No refund will made.
